- 請您收到商品時,立即檢查商品完整性以確保您的權益!
- 依中華民國《消費者保護法》規定,從商品抵達您手上開始即擁有7天商品鑑賞期(取貨/簽收隔日起算)。退換貨商品務必保持商品完整性,請注意鑑賞期並非試用期,商品退換需全新未開封。若超過7天鑑賞期,恕無法辦理退貨退款手續,請您留意鑑賞期限,以免自身權益受損。
- 商品若有任何問題,如非人為因素之破損/刮傷(請附上瑕疵部位照片)、與訂購商品不符或有其他退換需求,請保存原包裝完整性,檢附出貨明細單及發票等相關資料,於7天內與客服人員聯繫,提供「姓名」、「訂單編號」、「連絡電話」、「退換貨商品名稱」、「退換貨原因及照片」等料,客服人員將會協助您進行退換貨手續。
- 退回商品必須全新狀態且包裝完整(含外包裝紙盒),完整之定義為:商品與贈品未拆封膜使用,才能辦理退貨退款。且如未將此筆訂單包裹中的所有內容物妥善包裝、完整寄回,恐將影響退貨權益或需負擔運費補齊商品完整。
- 因包裝材質特性,如紙盒,是無法完全避免運送過程中的稍微碰撞而產生細微瑕疵,不介意者再下單購買。
- 當您提交退換貨申請後,即同意我們的退換貨政策,並接受我們代為處理發票作廢及相關的後續處理事宜。
- 超過 7 天的商品鑑賞期。
- 商品已拆封使用,或因人為因素而產生的破壞,如:污損、故障、損毀、磨損、擦傷、刮傷、髒污。
- 外包裝輕微的損壞,不影響商品本身品質。
- 退貨商品包裝破損不完整,或發票、配件不齊者。
- 惡意或大量退貨。
- 因個人因素而申請退貨 、 退費者,若下一次再訂購相同商品,則無法要求再次退貨 、 退費 。
- 請在收到商品7天內,聯絡客服人員申請退換貨。
- 確認可退換貨後,請留下欲退換貨商品、原因、件數及方式(7-11交貨便/郵局退貨) 。
- 請您將完整未經拆封使用之商品,放回原包裝或紙箱中,確保商品無外露,並連同發票、出貨單也請一同包裝好。
- 請至郵局寄件或帶至超商辦理退貨。(超商限材積:長+寬+高 合計 ≦105cm,重量 ≦ 5kg;超過請選郵局退貨)
(1)郵局退貨:收件地址:台中市北區崇德路629號7樓之1 / 收件人:白鶴生醫倉儲 / 電話:04-37067605,將包裝好的退貨商品交予郵局人員。
(2)超商退貨(7-11):請您收到交貨便確認郵件後,將該商品發票及商品包裝好後,至7-11門市ibon「交貨便」,輸入7-11門市資訊:青河門市(台中市北屯區青島路三段155號1樓) / 收件人:白鶴生醫倉儲 / 電話:04-37067605,印出寄件單貼上後,將貨品交予門市人員處理。 - 白鶴生醫倉儲團隊收到商品後,確認退回商品狀態,後續作業(退貨退款/換貨新品)完成後,將寄送通知信給您。
- 信用卡退款:若您使用「信用卡付款」,在確認商品驗退無誤後,將採用退刷方式直接將款項退回您信用卡帳上。退款實際入帳日期,依各發卡銀行入帳日不同有所差異,具體退款時間及相關訊息,請洽詢您的發卡銀行。
- ATM轉帳/貨到付款退款:若您以ATM轉帳或是貨到付款,請於聯絡客服申請退貨時,提供正確且完整的匯款帳號(包含:銀行、分行別、帳戶名稱、帳戶號碼),在確認商品驗退無誤後,將採用轉帳方式直接將款項退回您的帳戶裡。
- 商品退貨成功後將啟動退款手續,退款手續約為7-14個工作天,不包含假日。
- 商品出貨前都會檢查商品是否符合標準完好,但若仍有嚴重瑕疵等情事,造成您的不便,在此跟您鄭重道歉。
- 若您收到商品後,仍發現有瑕疵或錯誤的商品欲辦理換貨,請參照退換貨處理程序,保持商品及包裝完整,客服團隊將儘快為您安排後續的處理方式。
- 若需更換不同款商品,請麻煩申請退貨,並重新購買。
- 本司保留拒絕任何未能遵守退款政策的申請的權利。

Return and Exchange Policy
Upon receiving your order, please check the product immediately to ensure its condition. Per Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act, you have a 7-day appreciation period (starting the day after receipt). Products must remain unopened and in their original condition for returns or exchanges. The appreciation period is not a trial period; returns or exchanges for used or opened products will not be accepted.
If the product is damaged (non-human causes), mismatched, or defective, please retain the original packaging and provide photos of the issue. Contact customer service within 7 days with the following information: name, order number, contact number, product details, reason for return, and photos. Customer service will assist with the process.
Conditions for Return:
- Items must be new and unopened, with all original packaging, accessories, and invoices intact.
- Missing any components or improper packaging may affect your return eligibility or incur additional fees.
Non-Acceptable Returns or Exchanges
- Exceeding the 7-day appreciation period.
- Opened, used, or damaged due to human error.
- Minor packaging defects that do not affect product quality.
- Incomplete packaging or missing invoices/accessories.
- Intentional or excessive returns.
Return Procedure
Please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the item to apply for a return or exchange.
Once the return or exchange is confirmed, please provide the following information: item(s) to be returned or exchanged, reason, quantity, and preferred method (7-11 delivery service / post office return).
Ensure the product is in its original, unopened, unused condition, and place it back in its original packaging or box. Make sure the items are securely sealed, and include the invoice and shipment details, all properly packaged.
- Please return the item via post office or take it to a convenience store for processing. (For convenience store returns, the size limit is: length + width + height ≤ 105cm, weight ≤ 5kg; if it exceeds these limits, please choose the post office return option.)
(1) Post Office Return:
Return address: 7th Floor, No. 629, Chongde Road, North District, Taichung City / Recipient: Baihe Shengyi Storage / Phone: 04-37067605. Please hand the packaged return item to the post office staff.
(2) Convenience Store Return (7-11):
After receiving the delivery confirmation email, please pack the product and invoice, and then go to a 7-11 store to use the iBon "Delivery Service." Enter the following 7-11 store information: Qinghe Store (1st Floor, No. 155, Section 3, Qingdao Road, North District, Taichung City) / Recipient: Baihe Shengyi Storage / Phone: 04-37067605. Print the shipping label, attach it to the package, and hand the item to the store staff for processing.
- Once the Baihe Shengyi Storage team receives the item and verifies its condition, we will proceed with the next steps (refund or exchange for a new item) and send a notification email to you.

Refund Process
- Credit Card: Refunds will be issued back to the card. Processing times depend on your bank.
- ATM or COD: Provide your bank details (name, branch, account number) to process a direct transfer.
- The refund process will be initiated after the successful return of the item, and it will take approximately 7-14 business days, excluding holidays.
Exchange Process
If you find defects or errors with your product, please contact us promptly. Exchanges for different items will require a return and new purchase.
